Colorful canoeists and fall colors on the St Croix
Loved the colorful canoeists that matched the fall colors on the hillside.  In Jaguar Hunt, I mentioned the characters wearing colorful life vests and their colorful kayaks while they were on the rapids in Belize, so this reminded me of it.

Cory, who was the wolf biologist at The International Wolf Center, said he tried to take his 3 big dogs canoeing, but they hadn’t learned to not move around –all to one side of the craft.

Before the trip
I was wearing 6 layers of clothes here. I stood out on the boat for the nearly 2 hour trip? It was cold, but I had to take pictures. Took some from inside, but too much reflection. It was very cold!

Guthrie MacNeill, financial advisor for his clan and werewolf pack, is at his wit’s end when the pack leader’s mate hires a gorgeous party planner to bring holiday cheer to the castle. Guthrie’s wildly attracted to Calla, except he can’t reconcile the fact that his job is to save the clan’s money, and hers seems to be to spend it.
To warm this Highlander’s heart
Calla Stewart has never had a more difficult client. The laird and lady of the castle are delightful, but the handsome Highlander holding the purse strings is quite impossible. Since she specializes in holiday magic, Calla hopes she can make the scrooge-like wolf lighten up. Then Guthrie takes on the role of Highland warrior to protect her from an unexpected threat, and the holidays take a turn for the passionate.

A wonderful Day on the St. Croix River with my Fine Friend. You were so brave to stand outside the whole trip shooting pictures. While I faithfully guarded your bags.
