Deep in Edits

The fun part of writing a book is the initial finishing it to the end. Then there are the myriad edits. The final line edits are the best. But right now I'm in the first revision process on A SEAL Wolf Christmas and that takes the most work. I'm only done with the first two chapters. I have 23 chapters to go! I'm also back to waking up at the awful hour of 4. So I'm going back to bed in a little bit for a couple of hours.

Have you ever had that happen? Where you begin to have a bizarre wake up time and have a devil of a time breaking it? What did you do? (Snuggling with a wolf doesn't count!)

So I'm going to be in my cave for a while once I sleep a little!!!

The blog continues next week and most of these are still accepting comments.

I feel your pain. I'm having the same problem. But, it's crazy dreams of top secret text messages that's waking me up at ungodly hours. So I grabbed my furry snuggle and wrapped it around me, slept until 8AM. Catch you when you get up. A red tattle tailed birdie told me one of those roofers was a shifter. And he was hot. He left at 4AM. LOL

LOL, Donna, you are too funny!!!! I need to read your comments after I eat lunch because laughter is supposed to aid the digestion!!! :)

Mine was about missing a flight out and trying to find the plane. You had to go out on the tarmac to reach it. I have to for some planes. And they're like you're late, run! And I can't. I just can't. My feet won't move any faster than a snail's pace. No wonder I have such a horrible headache today!!! :) I missed my flight! And it was probably to Scotland, or to Grand Cayman Island!

LOL!! You couldn't run because he was holding you down you silly goose. He wasn't going to let you run off to be with another.
