It's not like I'd be goofing off for 5 days. Really. I'd probably be working harder than I am now. But I'd be doing it in PJs for more of the time!!!
So today I'm off and it's rainy and misty and cold and wonderful! I have the final edits to Savage Hunger I've got to work on today, when I planned to work on Jaguar 2, but I did manage to add another 2000 words to it. I'm thinking of starting it all over again. :)
Sometimes I do that. I did it with The Highlander. I started from scratch and now am at 12,000 words. Sometimes a story is perfect the way it comes together, sometimes I have to revise it when I'm doing research and think, wait, I'd like to go in a different direction. But even so, I can often use what I've written earlier, but just at a different part of the story.

Happy Friday!! I'm feeling very inspired on this blustery single digit day. I need another hot cup of tea. I just took out the trash. So I think I could use a wolf and a jaguar to warm my cold nose and toes. So good writing and rewriting to you today.
