Near Disaster!

Yesterday, my daughter and I did Downtown Disney, since I'd never been there before. :)

Here I am in the dinosaur restaurant. It was a lot of fun, meteor showers and all. I tried to take a picture of the meteor showers but they didn't turn out.

My daughter was supposed to leave at 4:10 this morning...I mean, be down in the lobby meeting the transportation at 4:10. And at 4:03, I asked her what time she planned to get up. I thought she had to leave at 4:30. The alarm didn't go off, and her watch alarm must not have woken her. I was awake at 2:30, worrying about her. *sigh*

So I've been up since 4:00 uploading pictures and hoping she made it okay. I'm sure she would have called if she hadn't though.

I have to leave at 6:10 Sunday morning, but I'll be awake worrying about it for hours beforehand! :)

Last night we had the Sourcebooks dinner:

Here is Sharon Lantham (author of her wonderful Mr Darcy series) and her lovely daughter Emily. And Judi Fennell of mermaid and genie fame is beside me.

Here is the lovely Amelia Grey, who was the one who
is putting together the nonfiction romance book that so many big named authors will be in, which includes some of us from Sourcebooks also. Thanks so much to Amelia for including us!! Plus she has a number of charming historicals being released by Sourcebooks coming up.

Oh and this was taken in the limo on the way to the Sourcebooks dinner.

Here is a picture of the gaggle of Sourcebooks authors who could attend the dinner! If I had been more on the ball, I could have taken a picture with a view of faces rather than of backs. LOL! We had a red carpet also! :)

The dinner was lovely thanks to Dominque and Sourcebooks, to Deb and Danielle. Unfortunately, none of the photos, except this one that I took in the restaurant turned out. :(
This is a lovely photo of Amanda Forester, of hunky Highlander fame, who was sure I pictured her making a funny face, although I assured her, she looked great. And doesn't she though???

I'm getting together with a couple of my critique partners and having the Sourcebooks signing later. And trying to figure out if I can pack my clothes back into my suitcase!!!

I'll post more later!

Seduced by the Wolf up for Long and Short Reviews Book of the Week!

"Seduced by the Wolf"
was reviewed by us this week and is up for Book of the Week honor this
weekend (voting runs from Saturday, July 31 through Sunday August 1).
You can find the information here on Saturday:

http://www.longandshortreviews.com/LASR/recentrev.htm

Last night, I spoke at the From the Heart Greet and Meet affair. We had a lovely time, and it's so much fun meeting other authors and writers who we only meet online, and be able to really picture them.

And I had one of those uh-oh moments when I asked a fellow "writer" where she was from while I was waiting on having an omelet made, and so what do you expect in response? A place, right? Ohio, SF, something like that. Berkley, she said. Ah an editor. And that was it. I was completely thrown off stride. She didn't say anything more, and neither did I, so that was it. :(

This was an interesting ride showing how to grow food in a greenhouse using some unusual techniques. Lots of fun. I love educational exhibits like this. :)

We're off to Disney Downtown in a little bit, but we had fun at the greet and meet with From the Heart members. There was a problem with the location listing on the brochure so some didn't make it, which was a real bummer.

I'm getting together with at least one of my critique partners tomorrow morning for breakfast. It's weird how you envision folks from online photos and everyone looks so different when you actually meet them! :) So I'm looking forward to this.

And in Canada (the world showcase at Epcot) I found my wolf!!! Well, a small stuffed version anyway! So he will be at my signing on Saturday!

Hope you all are having a great Saturday. My daughter is bugging me about going when I'm trying to blog!!!

Indiana Jones, Anyone?

Harrison Ford is still one of my favorite actors and here he is playing the part of Indiana Jones.

We really enjoyed seeing a car chase scene, and Jenn used my camera to video tape it.

Here's the signing. I found my way! It's really easy to lose your way around here!

You can't tell from this picture, I was wearing a wolf t-shirt! :) I should have had Donna's wolf howling music!

Reviews for Seduced by the Wolf are coming in!! Fangtastic Books She knows how to make werewolves sexy and this book is definitely sexy and filled with plenty of action and adventure, along with twists and turns- enough to leave you breathless and wanting more.

Anna's Book Blog Seduced by the Wolf is a fast, riveting novel of danger and romance. A fine addition to the series. Both Cassie & Leidolf in their own way are playing a game of seduction- that was quite fun to watch. Ms. Spear has creates unique werewolf stories that are hard to put down.

Off to one last day at the theme parks, and then it's the dinner with From the Heart! :) I have to find the location, also. :)

Have a super Thursday!!! :)

The Wayward Traveler!!!

l

We made it! And we were running from 8 in the morning to 1 in the morning last night. And had a blast.

The last ride of the night ended at midnight and I'm afraid of heights, although, if I were one of my heroines, I'd suck it up and do it anyway. Earlier in the day, it had been a 110 minute wait. At 11:00 pm, it was a 50 minute wait, 10 minute ride and the park closed at midnight. So we were cutting it close. We soared in a hang glider over California. It was great as we rode 40 feet in the air, dipping and diving, while I hung on for dear life. :)

We took my daughter's camera to Magic Kingdom and Epcot, so I didn't get any pictures. She'll have to give them to me later. But I got a couple of shots before it got too dark after we arrived the night before. :)

The lobby is full of WRITERS. It's so much fun to connect! And I ran into Cheryl Brooks on one of the walkways. I recognized her from her author photo, and Amanda Forrester was with her too, also from Sourcebooks. I was totally incognito, hat on my head, glasses, hair pulled back and so I'm sure Cheryl thought I was some alien from another planet. LOL :)

But earlier, a local writer from my area of Texas said, "Terry? Terry Spear?" and since she's new to our local chapter and I don't get to ever attend because I'm always working when they have their monthly meetings, I didn't recognize her.

We walked a million miles all day...and rode all the rides we wanted to at the Magic Kingdom. Between getting a couple of fastpac tickets and just going early, we were able to ride most of the rides with no waiting or barely any waiting. Then we were off to Epcot. And my daughter has it on her camera, but woohoo, we caught some men in kilts!! They were in the Canada, not the Scotland area and playing beautiful Celtic music just for us. *sigh*

Here's where we walked along the boardwalk the night we arrived.

I can't tell you how much fun we had, nor how guilty I feel I neglected you all!!! :) We're off bright and early to hit Disney Hollywood Studios and then to Epcot if we have time. I have the literacy signing at 5:30 tonight, so must get back and repair myself for that. :)

Have a super day! We're off so we can get back in time!!!

Inspiration...

Enough of wedding stuff...it's time to move on. And while I'm traveling, I thought I'd share what I found on my travels. Now, I know most of you have a hankering for Gerard Butler...so, here's a nice contemplative shot of him.

Have a delightful day. And if it's not perfect, then take a look at him to inspire you!

Here is Malinie's mother, Lisa, and my son and daughter. I had to upload a program to edit it because it had too much background clutter.

And here's Malinie's cat. She's adorable and my best buddy. Cats and dogs (hmm, and wolves) gravitate to me. :) But here, she's lying on my daughter's hand and keyboard to get attention. :)

Here she was on my lap and decided for a more direct approach, forget the hands and keyboard as I was typing. She decided she wanted ALL my attention.

I'm off to upload my two new starts to stories and see if I can write anything before my daughter wakes up. :)

Lori of Escape Between the Pages did a beautiful job of showcasing the wolf series!! Thanks, Lori!

And Heart of the Wolf is out of stock! Looks to be in its 3rd printing! :) Okay, off to work before we play!!!

Have a super Sunday!

The Wedding!

Malinie and Blaine dancing at their wedding!

Here is a picture of my son and daughter-in-law cutting their cake. It was beautiful and they were too as they used a sword to cut it. :)

Because of the heat and humidity and wind, my hair was a disaster, but here is a picture of my son and me dancing to the groom and mother dance. It was beautiful, and I'm so proud of him in his AF dress mess uniform here. My dad would have been so proud of him if he'd lived to see this day.

Here is my daughter and son and me. :) It turned out to be such a lovely wedding. :)

And here are a couple of my son's AF friends!

Did I Tell You I Don't Like to Fly?

Well, the flight was uneventful until we reached Pensacola and I thought something was wrong when we were there, but didn't land. It was 3:15...then 3:40...and we kept flying over water, over land, over water again, circling and circling until we were so low on fuel we had to divert to Mobile, AL. First, they said if you need to get off, take your baggage, and then about twenty minutes later, they said everyone had to get off. Over half of our passengers abandoned ship. Literally.

My poor son sat at the airport, we had phone blackout so couldn't call him to let him know what was going on. The arrivals said we were on time. So he asked where we were if we were on time but not setting down. That's when he was told about the storms over the airport and it was too dangerous to set down. When we reached Mobile and set down, we could all call families, so I called Blaine to tell him we were there, and go to the rehearsal. He missed it. But at least he made it to the dinner. We never made it to that either. He and Mel picked us up at the airport 3 1/2 hours later after we finally returned to Pensacola, only my daughter's bag wasn't on the flight. So that was nearly 5 hours from the time we should have been in, but they took us to have a nice dinner and we got to hear about what we missed at the rehearsal dinner. :)

The dress she had for the wedding is in that bag. :( I carried mine on the plane just in case. So we're hoping we'll connect with it at least by the time we go to Orlando on Monday...argh. Although my thought was--we could have worn comfortable clothes on the plane at that rate!!! :) Except that by wearing what Jenn had, she did have a dress for the wedding today. Me...I would have had more comfortable walking shoes.

And that our flight down there and back home is uneventful.

Anyway, although driving would have taken too long what with working...there are some benefits of driving!!!

Hope you all are having a terrific Saturday! We're off in a little bit to a wedding!

Wolves in Flight

I read once where dogs could ride free on a plane, with a paid passenger, of course. And of course I think of wolves in place of dogs. Hey, there were snakes (baby pythons) on one plane (and I'm not talking about that movie), but one where the snakes actually got loose in the cargo hold, and they never did find them. They were from Down Under, and started with 12, and when they landed, ended up with 8. Now, where'd the other 4 go? They were on a Quantas flight. So if you plan on taking one of those flights, you might have company--and the babies might not be so small after all.

Speculation is that some of the babies might have eaten the others. It's a dog-eat-dog world sometimes. Poor things got hungry. That's the problem with no in-flight meals.

Hmm.... I had fish that did that. One day, one was awfully fat, and all my little rainbow fish were gone. He was gone after that. I will not tolerate cannibalism in my home.

But back to dogs flying on planes for free. I had this notion that a wolf pack could ride for half price. One werewolf in human form accompanying one werewolf in wolf form. The only problem is what with the airlines now charging for you to even take a bag on the plane, they probably are charging for dogs. Some did already. It was only one that I knew of that allowed them to ride for free.

So there goes my cheap way to transport my werewolf pack. :)

Whenever I fly I think of all the myriad of plane crash stories, some based on real plane crashes. And I think of Twilight Zone, the movie, where a man is terrified of flying and sees a creature on the wing of the airplane ripping out the wires to the engine. Of course, everyone thinks he's gone into hysterics because of his paranoia, but when I fly, I DO look out at the wing and think of Lithgow and the terror he experienced.

And...I'd much rather drive. LOL

So I was reading about one passenger's experience who was talking about which was worse--crying babies, or a yapping dog? Poor guy had to experience two crying babies and one yapping dog all on the same flight.

All I've got to say is traveling with my werewolf would cause no problems at all. Truly!

Hope you all have a glorious Friday! My son tells me he'll be picking us up at the airport and immediately go to the wedding rehearsal and straight to the officer's club after that. argh. So that means wearing my dress on the plane--and it is NOT wrinkle free. I bought it some years ago during one of my dumber moments. I try to stick with wrinkle free as much as possible. And I can't make my self wear tennis shoes while wearing a dress. Just can't do it. So not sure if any of my heels that would work with the dress will be comfortable enough to stomp all over airports all day. *sigh*

If only I could shift into the wolf...no wrinkles, might leave a few hairs behind, ease of movement, no problem with uncomfortable shoes, and man, everyone would move out of my way at security and let me right on the plane without delay. Or not....here comes the zoo man Thompson.

Have a super Friday!!! I'll check in when I can!

How Do Wolves...Werewolves...Manage?

Creating fictional worlds is lots of fun, but with anything that is paraNormal...we have to go another step. What happens when a wolf (werewolf type) dies in wolf form? They revert back to their human form. Why? Because that was what they did in the old horror films. I saw no reason to change that! :)

So what I do is use some of the old werewolf tales popularized by movies, never read a werewolf tale when I was younger, but changed others to suit my world. I felt I needed to keep some of the "mythology" to give the feel of the story being faithful to the werewolf legends. On the other hand, my werewolves are more wolf-like so that will change their behavior quite a bit (as opposed to being a mindless beast).

Now, you see this wolf jumping over a gate. Wolves are incredibly high jumpers. But they can easily be thwarted by a door. :) So as werewolves, doggy doors (but never call them that to a werewolf) are a necessity.

One of the things my editor loved about my series was that since the wolves travel in packs, they use Suburbans for pack travel. :)

If you were a part-time wolf, what would you have to consider when living in secret among those who have no werewolf lineage?

Well, for one, your handy-dandy lock picks in case the urge to shift hits you and there's a locked building nearby. If not...sometimes you just have to get creative!

I'm off to my last day of work before going to my son's wedding! And since it'll be near a beach, I'll be checking out the tar situation. Or anything else that might have washed up on the beach. :)

I'll be posting when I can. So try not to get too rowdy without me. Or get rowdy, and I'll join the fun when I can pop in!

Werewolves in Austria!

I thought this was a pretty neat picture, but can you tell she's a werewolf? A human better not try this or there goes some fingers. :) Now, I haven't written about werewolves in Austria. Maybe a start? :)

They're beautiful wolves. But here's how I came across them. I was looking for information on wolf saliva. Yep. :) And that's how I came by the picture of werewolves. You never know what I might be researching for the stories, or what I might find!!! :)

I'm off to work, research, write some more! Have a super Wednesday!!!

Mermen Author Captures Wolves on Camera!

Judi Fennel (the rest of her post is at her link) went to Bear Country in South Dakota (link below) where they have enclosures you drive through (very slowly). This was the arctic wolf enclosure. The wolves were frolicking alongside our car then meandered across the road through the cars.

I have to THANK Judi, for being on vacation, to get away from deadlines and writing and just be with her family and what does she do??? Thinks of ME! Thank you, Judi, writer of mermen and genies extraordinaire, for thinking of me when you saw these wolves!!! No doubt when I'm in Florida and see hunky mermen, I will definitely think of you!!! :) Now, if I could only snap off a picture of one of the elusive creatures...

One of my coworkers tried to get off a shot of a wolf when she went to Yellowstone, and sent us a postcard of a wolf pup, but the wolf was so far off, she said you couldn't even hardly see it. *sigh* But like Judi, as soon as she and her son saw the wolf, she thought of me!!

Hope you have a terrific Tuesday. I'm in wolf heaven. :)

Jake is not at all happy....

He's had so much trouble over Alicia....so he's just not happy. Not that she's all at fault. She really, really wanted to keep him from harm. She's just in so much trouble, what's a poor guy to do? But...things will get better, I promised him. :)

Thanks so much to Stephanie for sending this hunk to me! :)

Update!!! Donna says her pre-ordered copy of Seduced by the Wolf is on its way and should arrive Jul 22!!! Woohoo!!! First one in bed with Leidolf is a satisfied she-wolf! Well, and hopefully all those afterward too... One thing about wolves, they have stamina! :) Really!!!

Hope you all have a super Monday. I'm back to Dreaming of the Wolf....

In the Beginning...It was a Dark and Stormy Night...

I'm in between books, finished 3 more guest blogs, have 7 left to do before August, and started two new wolf tales.

I used to write several books at once. But with stringent deadlines, I usually concentrate on a book at a time, and then work on the extra blogs. But I keep thinking about the two new wolf books and how I want to open them. So that I get it out of my system, I started both The Highland Wolf in Paradise and The Wolf and the SEAL. Will those beginnings be the same ones I use in the end?

One thing an author once said was the beginning is never the beginning. But these might be. Or they may just be the kernel of a beginning (which they would be anyway because I always have to add sensory and visual details in later) and will change significantly by the end. Or I might start all together differently. But it gives me a start and that's how the book ends. It has to have a beginning! Now is that profound or what??? :)

In each case, I've written the first 1000 words. 89,000 to go on each. And that's only the beginning!

Happy beginnings to you...I'm off to work!

Seduced by the Wolf is In Stock!

This is Spartacus. Cleaned up, he wouldn't be too bad, would he?

The newsletter is off! And I'll have to take a two weekend-break because of my son's wedding and the conference. Unfortunately, I can't prepost the newsletter and since I'm working all week before the trip and trying to get a million things done before that, I just won't have the time. But if I do, I'll try to post one before I leave.

Anybody watching Castle? My coworkers and daughter kept after me to watch it so for my birthday, they gave me the 1st season to watch. It's great. It's about an author, who has a daughter who looks like my daughter, only the author is a guy who writes murder suspense. :)

But it is a fun show and I loved him in Serenity, quirky character, darker in that though. Not that I really have the time to watch movies or such... *sigh*

AND...Seduced by the Wolf is now showing IN STOCK at Amazon! Woohoo!

Okay, off to read Dreaming of the Wolf, and have to send in the marketing information for it, which means???? The cover will be forthcoming and it will be listed eventually on the book sale sites! :) Woohoo!!!

And, I ordered some wolf t-shirts to wear at the book signings. They're beautiful and I can't wait to show them off!

Have a super, super Sunday!!!

Sinking, sinking....sunk...No, not yet!!!

This was me yesterday. A moon sunk halfway in the water. No way to get out of it and no way to do what I needed to really do. And by the time my nailed tire was replaced, it was too late to do the things I HAD to do. *sigh* Now I'll have to do them on my lunch hour next week and I hate running errands on my lunch hour. Why? Because I like to have lunch on my lunch hour, take a break, and catch up on emails. *double sigh*

So I am the sunk-in-the-water moon. And I'm not packed for my son's wedding or conference. And I haven't finished the now 11 blogs/interviews (yes, it jumped to 11 because a 'petit fours and hot tamale' contacted me, aka one of my dear rebel romance critique partners, Carol, asked me to blog with her illustrious group of writers), I still have to do before I leave. And...I think I'm going to have to take another half day off from work to get this all done.

But now I'm off to work again. Hey, didn't I just do this???

Have a terrific Saturday, and hopefully, I'll get SOMETHING done this weekend and you all will have lots of fun!!! :)

Terry, chewing nails as the sands of time are running out and I think the moon (me) is sinking deeper into the water....

He's gorgeous, isn't he??? I want him. :)

Isn't this the most beautiful cover ever??? Sourcebooks has done a gorgeous job!!! :)

I want to frame this!!! :)

It was wild at work again today...but, this totally, absolutely makes up for it!!!! :)

It should definitely make cover of the year award! :)

The Imagination is...

...a wondrous thing, don't you think?

When I was sent a notice I had jury duty, I fretted about it. Not because I didn't want to do my civil duty. But because we are so short handed at work! Impossibly so. We've been working with only 2 of us for several hours a day and well, no way could one person handle it.

But then, voila, a miracle occurred.

Here is what happened. I went down to the courthouse, mentioned the law courses I'd taken in college, how much I'd love to be in charge, and was ready to stay for weeks to do my duty.

Now the truth of the matter was--my number was too high and I was dismissed before I even had to report to the courthouse. Although I have taken business law courses and I have sat in on court cases because of that.

But what fun is there in the truth? So I'll stick to the much more imaginative story.

Once, I broke two of my fingers while walking my two standard poodles. Charlemagne was the black poodle, and Angelina, the white. Both decided to go different ways while on leashes and my fingers just don't bend that way. So here I am at a teddy bear show, trying to personalize bears by embroidering the paws by hand, with splints on two fingers and so...what do I say?

Everyone asked! So I had to come up with something. One man asked me if the bear bit me for poking him with a needle. And that was my story.

:)

My mother's boyfriend fell off a steep step at a party and he was taking blood thinner so the poor man looked terrible after he fell. But my mother hit her eye with her car door when she was opening it and gave herself a black eye. So between the two of them, they just said they'd had a fight. Everyone laughed, knowing it wasn't so. But it was a lot more fun than telling the whole truth, and nothing but the truth!

What do you think? Ever give a funny version of a situation because it's just too boring to give the truth?

Have You Ever Misplaced Something and...

...it's really, really important, or at least it seems that way, and you can't find it???

What do you do?

First, I can't find my current car insurance card yesterday morning, so I could send in my car registration. Finally find it filed away in the insurance file, of all things. Then I put the bill in the envelope and all that shows in MY address, not the one I need to send it to. Hmm. Then after I fold it up so that THEIR address shows in the window, and it's all sealed up, I find THEIR envelope. The other was for some other bill.

So then I go to work and can't get in because... can't find my key. So I have to call and hope that the librarian who was there is close enough to see the caller ID and answer the phone and learn that I'm standing out in front, without a key to get in. So of course she thinks I'm calling in sick and she's going to be the only one there. :)

Do you see any similarities here? Nope. In the one case, the item was where it was supposed to be, which is why I couldn't find it. Except it should have also been in my purse, and in another location where I keep a copy for the car registration when it comes several months later.

In the next case, I should have looked around a bit as the other envelope was on a chair right behind me. Why it wasn't on my desk where the other envelope was, I haven't a clue. But if I'd looked, and not assumed the tax collector had sent me the wrong envelope, I would have had it made.

In the last case, I looked in pants pockets, rain jacket pockets, purse pockets. And finally found the key. It had been in the wrong pocket of my purse. And I'd searched through every pocket (it has tons) several times already. But obviously just kept missing that one little pocket.

*sigh*

So that was it. 3 missing things. 3 things found.

In Dreaming of the Wolf, Alicia mentions how a former husband never looked under anything. My kids were the same way. They never looked under anything. If it wasn't right on top, they'd holler for me to look for it.

But see? Now, I look under things...but just not in the right places. :)

What about you? Have you ever had a rash of missing in action items that you HAD to have and were playing hide and seek?

Have a super Wednesday! Yesterday was an absolute madhouse. I finally had to call our manager up to help check in books because there were just two of us trying to take care of helping patrons and were absolutely swamped. Today will be worse. It's kids programs day all day.

Have You Ever Thought...

...you had reached the end of something? That you were completely done with a project? Ready to receive guests? Get on the road? Ready for work, or school, or something? And then found out you had to do one more thing? Or lots more things before you were REALLY done?

I thought I had finished Dreaming of the Wolf. Really I did. I wrote THE END, the acknowledgements, the dedication, the author bio. All the stuff that means I finished the book! Not that I won't be reading it over a couple of more times to make sure I'm really finished with it before I send it in.

But then here is a slip of a typewritten page I'd missed, that had some changes added in, and my trademark NOTE TO SELF, when I needed to add something in. Had I added it in? I figured I had. I thought I had. I hadn't.

What was the note? MAKE LOVE

You see, I had written that at another point in the manuscript too. And I had gone back and written that scene. So I thought that was it.

Would anyone miss it?

Probably. :) So the book is almost done. And I don't even have to write THE END now, because I have written THE END!

It's like all the guest author blogs I'm trying to get done. I had 10 to go, and then I did another 3 and somehow managed to have 13 to go. Hmmm. Sure, some had been added since I made the list...but that many? I'm back down to 10. And one of these days, I'll really be at THE END. Until the next book, and the next blog tour.

But the good thing about all of this is that it's really fun. Not like, let's say--weedeating the yard. Which is a neverending never-THE END-job.

So here is:

in anticipation of writing that last scene! Which will be fun to write anyway! It's almost THE END after all. :)

Have a terrific day!

Book Giveaway Time!

The wolves are howling the news!

I'm at Amber's Blog today and on 7-17 will give away one free book to a lucky commenter. Winner's choice. I'm talking about Why I Write Fantasy. I totally forgot I was doing this, so glad I had sent it in WAY early!! She just posted it tonight...I'm back to my regularly scheduled work on Dreaming of the Wolf as soon as I get this posted.

I was supposed to be up on the SciFiGuy's spot on 7-23, but he's been unable to blog for a while, so not sure if I'll be up there or not.

In any event, be sure and drop by Amber's Blog!!

And have a howling good time!

I will drop by periodically during the week to see what everyone has to say. So be on your best wolf behavior, which means, not at all. LOL :)

I Really Need to Finish Dreaming, and I'm Working On It, but...

Okay, he could be the Highlander, Duncan MacNeill, out frolicking with the botanist, Shelley Campbell, when he's SUPPOSED to be looking for the man who stole his clan's money. Men. They can be so easily distracted. :) And believe me, he is not the kind of man who IS so easily distracted.

Of course, he's distracted me from MY mission. I'm off to work on uploading the next part of Killing the Bloodlust and back to working on Dreaming of the Wolf. I worked on it all afternoon and evening and only have 3,000 more words to write to get to word count. Although I'm still not going to be done! But it's getting closer. I also finished another guest blog. They are multiplying if you noticed on the side bar. I think I have everyone on the schedule now. I still have 12 to write.

I NEED to do some yardwork, but the bloodsuckers are out in swarms and there's nary a breeze now to sweep them away. Plus, I can't seem to kick this bug, or whatever it is that's bugging me. :(

Hmm, I wonder which wolf this is, swimming in his or her fur coat? In broad daylight? And why?

Off to work on Killing the Bloodlust! :) Have a super Sunday! :)

Is He a Good Guy or Bad Guy???

To make well rounded characters, even bad guys should have some goodness, to make they real, don't you think? And if they're the good guys, they need flaws that make them real. Sooo, what do you think? Good guy or bad guy?

My beautiful book marks for the conference came in. It has Wolf Fever on one side in a lovely artistic portrait sort of way. Very lovely. Thanks to Sourcebooks marketing department for their lovely book covers and book mark designs. :)And on the other side, the latest 4 titles. :)
