Hunk in the Shower with a Sad Wet Cat!

Here could be another ad for the great uses for shower heads! :)

Although the cat doesn't look like he likes the shower head all that much. Poor cat. But this is definitely a hero type. He's doing the washing, and not making his ladylove do the work, don't you think?

I think we should have a better shot of him though, just to see the expression on his face. :) Is he just as sad, frustrated, smiling, horrified (the last, because his picture is being taken!) ??? Inquiring minds want to know.

What do you mean: is that all I wanted to see???

I'm working all weekend on Taming the Highland Wolf, although I desperately need to mow again. My sweet daughter brought me a cinnabon to work yesterday because her college was out for Day of the Bear...that made my whole day! It was totally unexpected and so nice. :) I thought of her when I saw this picture when she'd wash her cat--a white Maine Coon amidst screeches and low mournful wails, the cat's, not my daughter's. :)

Wolf Scent Rolling

Here are a couple of wolves upside down scent rolling.






If my standard poodles, or my Labrador retriever found something that smelled "nice"...something dead, yuck, they'd roll on it. Why would canines do this?

To take it home with them! To the pack. Yum. But of course if I thought something smelled nice--doggy shampoo, the poor dogs didn't, so as soon as they were dry, they'd let me know in a hurry that they had to go outside, and then? Try to roll it off so they could roll on a better scent. :)

Have a pet who likes to bring home the outdoor scents???
