...lovely flowers like this, shared by Amy with me, thanks, Amy! :) Oh, and I forgot, smiley faces too!

The eyes of the wolf...
Warmth and sunshine. To a dark house, yellow will brighten it. Yellow kitchens are thought to improve appetites. Yellow is meant to lift spirits, to cheer, to enlighten the dark. Here is a yellow sapphire. And yellow squash and bell pepper.
A yellow sunset--isn't it beautiful!

The sun glaring over the city makes me hot and want to put some shades on.

The cheery giant sunflowers next to fields of yellow corn cheer a garden.

The walls behind this man show the brightness and cheery sunny coloring and with the brightness in the corner, it appears the sun is actually showing right through the wall. :)
And another of my favorite covers from Sourcebooks--the mountain shimmering in gold sunlight. :) If I lived in a rainy climate, a yellow house would appeal. Since I live in a sunny climate...sun-colored makes it seem too hot. And I don't wear yellow well...but just the same, I love yellow mixed with green, or purple, or red in the garden. It brightens up dark spots. :)
What about you? :) Do you love yellow?
Have a super Thursday!!!

Yellow is not a color I like. But then again, I've never been told I have a 'sunny' personality.
I prefer my colder colors (blue, green, purple) to bright and bold.
I like blue, green, purple, too, Beth. Yellow helps to brighten the darker parts of a garden, to accent. I can't wear it as it makes me fade out to nothing. :)
I like yellow, in it's proper place. That is not on me, I look washed out and off color when I wear it.
Kitchens are good, sunrooms, too. Even on a VW Bug!
Happy Day Terry!
Yeah, sunrooms, also! And a VW Bug, of course! :) Have a super day!!
Yellow is a color that says summer to me. Love the photos, especially the last one.

Yes, summer, of course, Mason! Yes, the cover for Wolf Fever is beautiful!!! :) Really eye catching.
I LOVE the new cover! Phew...it's making me hot! ;) I love deep jewel tones but yellow is another of my faves, I've always dreamed of having a yellow kitchen! I guess I'll have to wait until we actually own our own place and not just rent! Here's a little yellow for you: http://twitpic.com/1zio1n
Have a great day!
Thanks so much, Amy! I added the flower to the yellow showcase! We had a yellow kitchen once, but I can't remember where. It was really cheerful and a delight!
Aw, thanks for sharing my flower with everyone! Hope it brought a smile to your face!
I LOVE yellow! The car I want used to come in that color, but doesn't any longer and it makes me sad.
I tried wearing yellow outside once, though. It only attracted the bees (and I don't get along well with them). Guess they love the color, too!
Yellow is Great for Big Bird!!! It's wonderful in my garden now. It's awesome high in the sky shining down on us. And I love it on your new cover. And I really liked it in my cats eyes when she was happy and healthy. And of course in the eyes of that hunk with the toothy grin.
Yellow makes me mellow and makes me smile.
Hey, Amy, thanks for sharing the flower. It's gorgeous! :)
Oh, Stacy, my parents had a yellow car once with a black roof. It was really pretty. Forgot all about it. Attracting bees is never a good idea!!! I never thought of that!
Ohmigosh, Donna, how could I have forgotten Big Bird??? Of course...and hmm-hm with the toothy hunk!!!e
